Corofin GAA Club made a special presentation to Thomas O'Loughlin on Saturday night, in recognition of Thomas's significant contribution and dedication to ticket sales for the Corofin GAA Lotto over the past 24 years.
Thomas has been selling huge numbers of Lotto tickets for the Club at his workplace at E.I. Electronics in Shsnnon each week for the past 24 years - since the Club Lotto started off in 1999.
Thomas is due to retire shortly from E.I. Electronics after a remarkable 57 years service.
Everyone at Corofin GAA Club wishes Thomas a very happy well earned Retirement, and we are very appreciative of Thomas's dedication to our Club Lotto each week for the last 24 years.
* Special thanks to Gerry Kelly of 'Shannon Trophies' for arranging the wonderful commerative plaque for Thomas, and also to Catherine Casey for the lovely bouquet of flowers.
