Corofin GAA Club is anxious to get feedback from the wider Parish Community of Corofin, Kilnaboy and Rath to help us to create an all-inclusive club experience, which will offer opportunities to everyone in our Community to become involved in various areas in our Club. Such areas could be Social, Support, Administration, Playing or Coaching - a club that everyone can feel part of and be proud to support going forward.

Our survey should only take 5 to 10 minutes to complete and contains 12 questions which are a combination of Yes/No answers, ratings from 1 to 5, or simply providing a short line or two of a response. This information will be invaluable to our Clubs short, medium and long-term planning.

If you wish, you can provide your contact details – otherwise your response will remain anonymous.

The survey is open to anyone who wishes to participate in it, either as an individual or on a household basis.
